A textile brand born out of slow living—Folk celebrates the conscious, curated life. We invite you to take your time and connect with the items, people, and places that surround you.
Inspired by Mexico and made in England, Folk Textiles was founded by Los Angeles-based designer, Anna Hopkins. With a background rooted in interior design, Anna set out to create a collection of woven bedspreads guided by mindful consumption and the traditions of craft.
The name “Folk” represents the common comfort we find in sharing stories, practices, and creativity around the globe. We encourage you to stay present, prioritize your rest, and make your bed.

Our Process
Our textiles are woven on a dobby loom by a women-run mill in Bristol, England.
We work with sustainably dyed organic cotton sourced from Italy, chosen for its purity and integrity.
Each blanket is crafted using a double weave construction, meaning two layers of fabric are woven in tandem, connected at certain points to create a lightweight, cozy quilted texture.
At Folk, we value quality over quantity. Therefore, each collection is produced in limited batches.
