International Purchases
Folk ships all around the globe. However, all international sales are final. Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
Shipping
If your order is in stock, please allow 2-3 days for dispatch. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at shipping@folktextiles.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Returns + Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Folk Textiles purchase, you may return or exchange your clean, unused, undamaged textile to our studio address within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. We kindly ask that you cover shipping on the item you wish to return or exchange. Please email returns@folktextiles.com to file a request.
Imperfections
This is a woven textile. Due to the nature of this process, imperfections may exist and in general are meant to be celebrated. Slight imperfections are not grounds for returns, but if you have a specific issue you would like to address, please email returns@folktextiles.com
